By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

Our Service allows you to view content, information and other material available on our Service ("Content"). The Content is owned by or licensed to Aussie Wanderlust and is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Australian and international laws and conventions.

You agree not to download, copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any Content obtained from or through the Service without prior written permission from us.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.

5. Tours, Reservations and Bookings

When booking a tour or service through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our booking form.

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until your reservation is confirmed.

A booking is confirmed once we have received full payment or the required deposit, depending on the specific tour or service.

6. Payments and Cancellations

Payment Terms: Full payment or a specified deposit (as indicated for each tour) is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 60+ days prior to departure date: Full refund minus a $100 AUD administration fee per person.
  • Cancellations made 30-59 days prior to departure date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure date: No refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your booking.

7. Changes to Tours

Aussie Wanderlust reserves the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation, or activity due to weather conditions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund as appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aussie Wanderlust, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Aussie Wanderlust assumes no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by:

  • Acts or omissions of any third parties
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or acts of God
  • Labour disputes or civil unrest
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
